I grew up between a small fisherman's village called Lithi on one of the beautiful Greek islands called Chios, and the valleys of beautiful Sonoma County. The food in Greece is so fresh, clean, and straightforward - I needed to bring the flavors I grew up with to my second home of Sonoma County. These recipes are as authentic as they get.
